Strengths-Based Team Workshops

Your team already has everything it needs. This workshop shows them where it is, in each other, and how to actually use it together.

What it is

A half-day team experience built around your team's CliftonStrengths® results. CliftonStrengths (from Gallup) is the world's most widely used talent assessment: each person discovers their unique pattern of natural talents across 34 themes, from Strategic to Empathy to Activator.

Most teams take the assessment, glance at their reports, and move on. That's like buying a map and never unfolding it. This workshop unfolds it, together. Your team learns what each person naturally brings, where talents complement and collide, and how to design their collaboration around what's already true.

What makes this one different

I'm a CliftonStrengths® Champion with something most strengths facilitators don't carry: graduate clinical training in human systems (M.A., Marriage & Family Therapy). Strengths don't exist in a vacuum. They interact with stress, relationships, and the systems people work in. That's the layer we work at, which is why the conversation goes deeper than "here are your five words."

What's included

  • Pre-work: assessment coordination for your team (codes arranged per person) and a review of your team's collective strengths grid before we meet
  • Half-day team workshop: interactive, discussion-rich, built around your team's real dynamics and current work, not generic exercises
  • Individual debriefs: a personal conversation with each team member about their unique results
  • 30-day follow-up: a check-in session so the language sticks and the insights turn into habits
  • Take-home tools: team strengths map and practical guides your team keeps using after I'm gone

Who it's for

  • Intact teams who want to work better together, not just know each other's labels
  • New teams and newly merged teams building trust fast
  • Leadership teams that keep having the same friction and can't name why
  • Teams marking a new season: new leader, new mandate, new year

Wondering if your team is ready?

If your team has taken CliftonStrengths before, we can build on those results. If they haven't, even better: they'll experience it fresh, together. Either way, tell me about your team and I'll map out what a session would look like.
