Start a conversation →Facilitation, team workshops, and strengths-based coaching from Jordan Fastenau, M.A. Built for the people who actually show up to work: distracted, caregiving, neurodivergent, brilliant, adaptive.
← real humans: that's you, by the way
Most organizations were built for a version of humanity that doesn't exist: the employee with no kids, no distractions, endless focus, and a linear career.
Real humans are different. We're caregiving, neurodivergent, brilliant in bursts, loyal when trusted, and remarkably adaptive when the systems around us make sense.
FromJordie exists in that gap.
I'm Jordan Fastenau: facilitator, strengths-based coach, and organizational development professional. I've spent 8+ years inside large, complex organizations designing programs, coaching leaders, and delivering training to thousands, with a foundation most consultants don't have: graduate clinical training in how human systems actually work (M.A., Marriage & Family Therapy).
And I come by "real humans" honestly. I'm a mom of three with ADHD and a brain that collects ideas like other people collect stamps. I don't design for idealized workers because I've never been one.
