Wallbreakers™ Change Simulation

Your leaders don't hear about leading change. They live it, decision by decision, and feel what their choices do to the people in their care.

What it is

Wallbreakers™ is an award-winning change management simulation created by Workz. Teams step into a realistic organizational change and lead a cast of employees through it, phase by phase. Every round, your leaders make real decisions about communication, priorities, and people, then watch how those decisions land.

It's the difference between reading about turbulence and flying through it with an instructor beside you. Change theory becomes muscle memory because your team experiences resistance, competing priorities, and hard tradeoffs in the room, where the stakes are safe and the lessons stick.

Who it's for

  • Leadership teams heading into a reorganization, merger, system change, or growth phase
  • Teams recovering from a change that didn't go well and want to understand why
  • Leadership development programs that need experiential learning, not another lecture
  • Intact teams and cross-functional groups alike

What your team walks away with

  • A shared, felt understanding of how people actually respond to change
  • A common language for the phases of change and the leadership moves each one needs
  • Insight into their own instincts under pressure: what they reach for, and what they avoid
  • Concrete takeaways they can apply to the real change on their desk Monday morning

Why me as your facilitator

I'm a certified Wallbreakers™ facilitator with 8+ years guiding leaders through real organizational change: restructurings, leadership transitions, and enterprise rollouts. I also bring graduate clinical training in human systems (M.A., Marriage & Family Therapy), which means the debrief goes deeper than the game board. We talk about what your leaders felt, why, and what that means for the humans they lead.

Curious if it fits your team?

Tell me what change your team is facing and I'll tell you honestly whether Wallbreakers™ is the right tool for it, or whether a different session would serve you better.
